Esta semana hemos estado desarrollando nuestra idea conceptual de proyecto en volúmenes de edificios, teniendo en cuenta orientaciones, clima, superficies, usos... aunque de momento no está perfectamente definido.
Situamos los edificios en la línea de mar para proteger la zona interior de la parcela de los vientos predominantes del noroeste y también para evitar que los edificios proyecten sombras en el interior de la misma. Se pretende aprovechar al máximo la radiación solar para el farming y los espacios públicos exterior.
Se presenta una cota inferior a nivel del mar en la que se situarán los edificios e invernaderos para farming; y otra dos alturas de forjado más arriba que servirá para conectar los edificios.
This week we have been developing our principal idea of the project in the volumen of the buildings, taking into account the orientations, the climate, the areas, the uses... although now it is not perfectly defined.
The building are situated in the coast line in order to preserve the inside of the plot from the nord-west winds and also avoiding the shadows are projected by the buildings. The aim is to use the sun to the farming and the publics spaces outside.
In the lowest floor the building and the greenhouses will be situated,and two floors higher there will be spaces to conect the buildings.
